About The Position

We are seeking a Specialty Practice Manager to lead and support our endodontic practice in Centennial. As a key leader in our “empowering all” mission, you will oversee the operational excellence of a high-performing specialty practice while inspiring your team to deliver an exceptional, referral-driven patient experience. In this role, you will partner closely with the endodontists to ensure seamless clinical and administrative operations, strong relationships with referring doctors, and a patient journey that reflects compassion, efficiency, and trust. You will see lives change every day—beginning with your own and extending to your team, patients, and community. As the operational leader of the practice, you will oversee the business and administrative operations that support the endodontic patient journey. This includes specialty scheduling, referral management, patient communication, case coordination, insurance processes, visit completion, and recall/follow-up systems. With the support of your office leader, you will lead, coach, and develop a team of specialty-trained practice team members, fostering accountability, collaboration, and a culture of excellence in a fast-paced endodontic environment. As a Speciality Practie Manager, you are the gatekeeper of the specialty patient experience—often caring for patients who are anxious, in pain, or referred for urgent treatment. Through your leadership, empathy, and systems, you will guide patients from initial referral through treatment completion with clarity, reassurance, and efficiency. When a patient leaves relieved, comfortable, and smiling, you’ve made a real impact. You and your team will feel this daily as you lead bravely, have fun, and create meaningful outcomes for every patient we serve. As a specialty practice manager, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining strong relationships with referring general dentists and specialists. You will help ensure timely communication, excellent case coordination, and a referral experience that reflects professionalism and gratitude.
