About The Position

Description Summary: Work with assigned customer base to manage all needs for service actions as well as new money. Establish a strong work process to prioritize clients needs while setting proper expectations for completion. Strong organizational skills to keep up with service actions while still closing new money. Identify and manage risks to the bank including potential fraud or weakening in customer financial performance. Manage all daily account tasks with the assistance of the BCM/RSS team for compliance such as NSF lists, wire transfers etc. Continue to provide counsel and guidance to grow the customer’s business through OCR partnerships. Manage portfolio run off and grow PBRs for continued Out of Footprint SBA/Practice Finance and other Specialty teams’ success. Duties and Responsibilities: Manage current Out of Footprint accounts for the SBA/PF and other Specialty teams as well as help onboard accounts as needed. This includes opening depository accounts and working with the appropriate OCR partners. Ability to handle large workload and prioritize task for completion. Understand the needs of the client and address any issues Handle all inbound calls to support new money transactions for the portfolio Organize and prepare all files for renewals. Handle all service request for collateral exchanges Support the file for any collateral exceptions Handle daily account service needs such as NSF, money market rates, Understand and manage fraud inquiries Work with BCM to submit deal in velocity, update MAX profile and provision the customer in ELITE for all new money requests Prepare and deliver commitment letter Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3+ years of Banking/Financial sales, high-volume loan processing or business client management

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with SBA and Practice Finance lending or portfolio management
