As a Pharmacy Technician, you'll be responsible for answering incoming calls and completing outbound calls to/from patients, physicians and pharmacists while ensuring a high level of customer service and maximized productivity. Requirements

  • Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in the state of Nevada
  • 1+ years of Pharmacy Technician experience
  • Ability to work onsite at 650 N Nellis Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89110, Monday-Saturday with 8-hour shifts between the hours of 7:30am to 7:00pm
  • Must be at least 18 years of age OR older

Nice To Haves

  • National Pharmacy Certification (PTCB)
  • Intermediate level of proficiency with computer and Windows PC applications including the ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applications
  • Bilingual and fluent in English and Spanish or other language

Responsibilities

  • Enter prescriptions and verify appropriate and accurate information; fill & pick up
  • Contact patients, pharmacists and doctor's offices to resolve claims issues
  • Process prescriptions (from intake to order completion)
  • Resolve customer issues; ensuring accurate information is provided
