The Pharmacy Liaison provides integrated support to patients and pharmacists through a hands-on approach to total quality patient care. This includes working closely with patients to ensure medication adherence using our tools and applications and encouraging specialty clinic patients to fully utilize the pharmacy’s superior care services. As the liaison will be based within a medical center clinic, seamless integration with the clinic team – including doctors, nurses, and staff – is critical to success in this role.
