We are committed to improving the lives of patients battling cancer and rare diseases through expert care and collaboration. Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (PharmD preferred)
Current pharmacy license in Kentucky (Multi-state licensure a plus)
Knowledge of pharmacy laws and regulations
Team-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

Communicate with and document all communication with patients, physicians, nurses, other members of the healthcare team
Review and evaluate medication orders physician medication orders for appropriateness of drug, dosage, potential interactions, and route of administration.
Maintain patient medication and clinical records
Collaborate with healthcare teams
Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations
