Responsibilities

  • Sell new deposit & treasury management products & services.
  • Manage and coordinate all new activity alongside the Relationship Manager.
  • Facilitate conversations directly with the new customers.
  • Address and answer all concerns.
  • Help build solid solutions and provide insight into additional services that will enhance the customer experience.
  • Coordinate all activity in Salesforce.
  • Generate progress reports and contribute to an accurate pipeline all maintained in Salesforce.
  • Manage existing TM relationships.
  • Seek additional cross sale opportunities.
  • Work closely with Relationship Managers to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Deliver loan servicing and work in tandem with loan closing specialists.
  • Handle ACH and Wire activities including LOC draws and payments.
  • Support Relationship Managers by managing toll free number, frontline fielding calls, preparing reports.
  • Manage email inquiries and coordinate a proper response by proposing solutions.
  • Coordinate ACH and Wire reporting.
  • Work within FIS to manage activity and provide reports to management.
