We're currently looking for a Specialty Dental Assistant to join our Castle Dental team, supporting multiple offices across the region, including Nashville, Franklin, Goodlettsville, Mt. Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of specialty dental assisting experience (Oral Surgery, Periodontics, or Endodontics)
Meet all state-specific dental assistant credentialing requirements for the duties assigned in the state of employment (e.g. RDA, CDA, EFDA, state registration, or equivalent as required by the state)
Dental Radiology Certification (X-Ray)
Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
Knowledge of dental terminology, infection control protocols, and OSHA/HIPAA standards
Strong communication and commitment to excellent patient care

Responsibilities

Assist the dentist during exams and procedures, ensuring efficiency and patient comfort
Take and develop dental X-rays as needed
Sterilize and prepare instruments and treatment rooms following infection control protocols
Educate patients on oral hygiene, post-treatment care, and dental procedures
Maintain accurate patient records and update charts
