We're currently looking for a Registered Dental Assistant to join our Castle Dental team supporting our Goodlettsville & Nashville - Antioch locaitons. This is your chance to bring your clinical skills, upbeat energy, and patient-first mindset to a team that supports and celebrates you. Schedule (days/hours) Monday - Friday 8-5pm
Requirements
- Meet all state-specific dental assistant credentialing requirements for the duties assigned in the state of employment (e.g. RDA, CDA, EFDA, state registration, or equivalent as required by the state)
- Dental Radiology Certification (X-Ray)
- Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
- Knowledge of dental terminology, infection control protocols, and OSHA/HIPAA standards
- Strong communication and commitment to excellent patient care
Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist during exams and procedures, ensuring efficiency and patient comfort
- Take and develop dental X-rays as needed
- Sterilize and prepare instruments and treatment rooms following infection control protocols
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, post-treatment care, and dental procedures
- Maintain accurate patient records and update charts
