Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Able to stand and walk for 6 – 8 hours.
- Ability to work flexible schedules due to the needs of the business, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Complies with all portion sizes and quality standards on the line.
- Prepares Prime Rib, Veal and Chicken to Recipe Book standards.
- Completes prep work, establish build-to’s (pre-shift).
- Wraps meat for presentation, prepares daily carts (pre-shift).
- Sets up line for efficient flow (per Executive Chef’s direction).
- Properly wraps/stores/dates/rotates perishable items (including menu cart items, etc.)
- Broils and plates meats, poultry and fish, along with appropriate garnish/accompaniments.
- Maintains proper inventory of line items.
- Assures complete orders are put up for servers to deliver at correct temps.
- Assures visually the accuracy of plate presentation and cooking specifications.
- Tastes items to determine accuracy of preparation.
- Assures high-quality food items are assembled and delivered to guests.
