About The Position

This full-time, fully licensed, Behavioral Health Clinician will support the care teams and patients at our Behavioral Health clinics by providing mental health services including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, outpatient counseling and therapy for patients of Rogue Community Health. Our ideal candidate will have a passion to improve the health for our most vulnerable patients by practicing our core values of respect, integrity, compassion, honesty, and community.

Requirements

  • LCSW, LPC, LMFT
  • Master’s degree from an accredited behavioral health program and hold an Oregon license that allows independent clinical practice in Oregon. (Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Marriage and Family Counselor.
  • Minimum 1 year experience working as a behavioral health clinician in a public behavioral health setting serving majority OHP members preferred.
  • Required to complete a criminal background check, and pre-employment drug screen once a conditional offer is accepted.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in integrated care, FQHC, and/or co-occurring treatment preferred.
