Job Description Manages a specialty asset portfolio within the Asset Management Group consisting of client trust and agency accounts. Provides expert advice and counsel on Farm, Ranch, and Timber Assets. Responsible for the management, analysis, retention, development, and growth of this portfolio. Background in Real Estate, particularly Farm, Ranch, and Timber Assets is essential.

Requirements

  • Five to eight years of experience in asset management and/or property management, or
  • Five to eight years of experience in Real Estate or Farm management

  • Thorough knowledge of portfolio management, administration, and portfolio analysis/risk management
  • Thorough knowledge of fiduciary principles and the implications of financial and estate planning on asset strategies
  • Thorough knowledge of agricultural practices, land management, or other rural property operations
  • Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to identify and resolve moderate problems with minimal guidance
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and communication skills
  • Good negotiation and client management skills
  • Well-developed customer service/relations skills
  • Proficiency in tools such as Salesforce and Copilot

Responsibilities
