About The Position

As an Estimator, you’ll be our go-to expert for turning blueprints and specs into actionable bids. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like: Decode the details: Analyze architectural plans, specifications, and proposals to identify exactly what products and solutions are needed for our bids. Problem-solver extraordinaire: Clear up discrepancies and communicate with architects, customers, and internal teams to keep everything on track. Requirements

A bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret technical documents like architectural plans and specs.
Sharp math skills for calculations involving discounts, geometry, and more.
A knack for solving practical problems and adapting to situations where every project is a little different.
Excellent communication skills, whether you’re writing reports or presenting ideas to a group.
