About The Position

The Specialty Cook is responsible for all types of cooking functions required
for the preparation of specialty (Italian) menu items including brunch and
dinner service.

The Cromwell is the Strip’s first and only, stand-alone boutique hotel and
casino. The Cromwell features the first-ever restaurant by celebrity chef and
television personality Giada De Laurentiis and a rooftop pool, day club and
nightlife venues by Drai’s, The Cromwell redefined e the Las Vegas hotel
