About The Position

Manage incoming title issues across multiple channels—including email, text, and phone—providing timely, complete, and customer‑focused responses. Take full ownership of title-related concerns, resolving issues independently or escalating them to the appropriate department or specialist when needed. Process vehicle titles from various states, ensuring all documents are accurate, compliant, and fully marketable. Receive and sort incoming packages from UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Distribute title documents to the correct departments promptly and accurately. Review titles for errors, completeness, and legal compliance. Prepare and generate documentation required to ensure title marketability. Sort titles by VIN and route them to the correct buyer or destination. Upload verified titles into the system once accuracy and correctness are confirmed.

  • High accuracy and attention to detail in document handling
