About The Position

The Specialist Uniform Program plays a key role in the day-to-day operations of the Uniforms Store and serves as a knowledgeable representative of the JetBlue Uniform Program. This crewmember provides exceptional service to internal customers, ensuring a positive experience through effective communication, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills. They are adaptable, solutions-oriented, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities while maintaining brand integrity.

Requirements

High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Diploma
One (1) year of professional experience
Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel & Word
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions independently
Excellent customer service skills
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Available for occasional overnight travel (up to10%)
Must pass a ten (10) year background check and pre-employment drug test
Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located
Authorization to work in the US is required. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree
Experience in apparel and apparel fitting and measuring
Retail experience
Inventory Management experience (inventory stocking, cycle counts, etc.)

Responsibilities

Greet and assist all customers in a professional and friendly manner
Operate a point of sale system to process transactions efficiently
Conduct regular inventory tasks, including cycle counts and stock management
Assist uniform eligible crewmembers or business partners with selection, sizing and fitting
Process New Hire uniform orders, exchanges, and related transactions promptly to ensure timely onboarding
Perform administrative duties such as data entry, troubleshooting, processing returns, and managing exchanges
Review and verify uniform reports from business partners for accuracy and follow-up as needed
Support with protecting the integrity of our Brand as it relates to the uniform program
Merchandise and maintain inventory in attractive and functional displays and manage store inventory to minimize stock outs
Other duties as assigned
