Under general direction of the Manager, the Specialist is accountable for all various administrative duties associated with Op Qual Testing, Commercial Motor Vehicle drivers, administering and managing hiring and progression tests. They also assist with skills training testing functions for O&R Utilities, perform a full range of administrative and program related duties, are responsible for maintaining training records for employees and contractors, participates and responds to audits by the Public Service Commission (PSC), Internal QA, Corporate and any other entity. Candidate must exhibit excellent customer service skills in addressing needs of the instructors, students, and other key stakeholders in the Company.
