About The Position

Responsible for managing supplier registration (pre-qualification) processes as they relate to procurement and contracting functionality. Drive end-to-end supplier lifecycle management by qualifying, registering, and onboarding vendors, ensuring strict compliance with LUMA and regulatory standards; proactively engage stakeholders, assess and mitigate supplier risk, and cultivate strategic partnerships to enhance performance, strengthen governance, and align contractual obligations with organizational objectives. Drive continuous compliance and risk mitigation through annual and on-demand contract renewals, maintaining SRM system accuracy and performance reporting; develop data-driven recommendations that enhance supplier value and support organizational objectives. Implement supplier compliance and risk management by executing annual and on-demand contract renewals, maintaining accurate Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) system data, and generating performance and risk reports; deliver data-driven insights to enhance supplier value, ensure regulatory alignment, and support strategic sourcing objectives. Provides expertise in supplier compliance, and Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) systems to support the development and implementation of effective solutions that enhance supplier performance and ensure regulatory alignment. Serve as the point of contact for suppliers and internal stakeholders for matters related to supplier registrations. Delivers training and guidance to stakeholders to enhance understanding and adoption of best practices. Follows established company policies, procedures, and standards to ensure full compliance with applicable laws and industry regulations. Participates in storm restoration tasks and assigned drills to contribute to the safe and reliable recovery of services. Performs additional tasks aligned with role expectations and qualifications to support team goals and operational flexibility.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Information System or related field.
  • 5 years of experience with supplier management, procurement, risk management, systems administration or at least 2 years of experience performing a previous position as Register Specialist role.
  • Experience in team coordination, task delegation, and performance management (directly or indirectly).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation.
  • Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as Oracle, Asset Suite, and PowerAdvocate.
  • Knowledge of Supplier Registration Management (SRM) platforms and processes for onboarding and compliance.
  • Familiarity with File Sharing and Collaboration Technologies, including SharePoint and Power Apps, for workflow automation and data management.
  • Ability to leverage Power BI for data visualization, performance reporting, and risk analysis.
  • Valid Driver’s License
