About The Position

The Specialist, Strategic Field Ops & Member Experience will partner with the
SVP, Field Ops & Member Experience and Senior Field Ops & NMJ leaders in an
effort to drive alignment, project execution, report tracking and event
planning. Specialist will help complete, review and track implementation of
SOP’s as we drive towards alignment & Centralized Processes as OneHGV. Maintain
and oversee Grand Central design to ensure proper messaging and upkeep of most
recent information.
