About The Position

The Specialist, Strategic Field Ops & Member Experience will partner with the SVP, Field Ops & Member Experience and Senior Field Ops & NMJ leaders in an effort to drive alignment, project execution, report tracking and event planning. Specialist will help complete, review and track implementation of SOP’s as we drive towards alignment & Centralized Processes as OneHGV. Maintain and oversee Grand Central design to ensure proper messaging and upkeep of most recent information.

Responsibilities

  • Operational Strategy & Optimization Partner with SVP, SLT, Regional and Field Leaders to ensure SOP completion, implementation & adherence to all policies across the organization.
  • Oversee streamlined communications such as Weekly Updates, Newsletters, News Desk communications and the like to ensure proper and consistent messaging across all brands and team members.
  • Create and communicate contests for teams aimed at driving performance and overall profitability ensuring costs are within budget.
  • Tracking and reporting of various projects and annual 5/80/20’s that are designed to increase revenue, profitability, team member/customer engagement and the like.
  • Monitors progress against key milestones and escalate risks, delays, or issues as needed.
  • Oversee event planning including all logistics such as hotels, transportation, meal services and team member outings. Must ensure costs are within budgeted parameters and all invoices are processed in a timely fashion.
  • Oversee calendar for SVP and planning of meetings including weekly huddles, one-on-ones for team members, all-team meetings and other strategic meetings including important items such as cross selling, alignment, budget/financial reviews and other critical items.
  • Act as a thought leader for all event and meeting planning including overseeing cost metrics, agenda, presentations and other critical items.
  • Attend annual and quarterly events to ensure proper flow and coordination.
  • Coordinate the Business Operations function in executive planning meetings, cross-functional strategy sessions, and operational review
  • Deliver high-impact presentations and executive briefs that clearly convey strategy, project progress, risks, and recommendations.
  • Support in preparation of reports, dashboards, and briefings for leadership review.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with senior leaders across the organization to drive alignment and influence outcomes.
  • Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, analytical excellence, and continuous improvement.
  • Strengthen team capabilities in project management, analytics, operational execution, and strategic thinking.
  • Aid in ensuring all expenses within the Global Field Ops budget are within metrics
  • Assist in monthly/quarterly financial reviews
  • Ensure proper coding for Team Members and oversee monthly review and any modifications needed
  • Serve as an ambassador of HGV’s vision, mission, and H.I.L.T.O.N. values, ensuring that the Spirit of Service culture is embedded throughout all operations.
