About The Position

We are looking for a Sales Executive based in the posted locations to help grow our business by finding new clients and maintaining strong relationships with current ones. Overall Purpose: Achieve sales objectives and drive revenue growth by structuring and securing new marketing contracts with owners and developers of small and medium sized apartment, condo and single-family homes within assigned territory. Job Contribution: A mid-level sales representative with intermediate knowledge of sales principles, practices, products, and services. Manages small to mid-size sales with direct on-going supervision. Responsible for a small to moderate quota or territory. Utilizes company policies and exercises judgment to resolve customer issues or identify opportunities. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired
  • 2+ years of related sales experience

Responsibilities

  • Form strong relationships with apartment owners and developers by meeting them at their locations.
  • Develop and manage sales opportunities to meet sales targets.
  • Secure new marketing agreements after evaluating opportunities with owners and developers.
  • Coordinate with Network and product teams on product and service availability.
  • Create and present proposals to customers, and negotiate contract terms with internal contract managers and legal.
  • Meeting with customers and engaging in sales activities at customer site
  • Communicating with customers via phone, teleconference, e-mail, etc. related to proposed solutions/sales, etc.
  • Traveling to/from the customer premise for sales activities
  • Providing subject matter expertise on technical sales issues
  • Advising customers on suitability of products based on technical needs
  • Preparing proposals/presentations/bids, including developing pricing/strategic plans and proposed solutions/sales
  • Researching/developing solutions with AT&T external partners, including design/engineering
  • Researching customer business/industry to identify new sales opportunities
