Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required (or the equivalent in work experience)
  • 1–3 years’ relevant experience required
  • Performs routine, entry-level assignments
  • Knowledge and exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and concepts gained through education and/or experience

Responsibilities

  • Support the Plant Supervisor in achieving food safety and quality objectives
  • Manage and maintain the site’s SQF-based Quality Management System and certification
  • Oversee sanitation, environmental monitoring, and integrated pest control programs
  • Lead food safety investigations, including microbiological concerns, incidents, and customer complaints, and implement corrective actions
  • Develop, update, and audit food safety and quality programs, including internal audits, traceability exercises, and mock recalls
  • Monitor incoming materials, validate daily food safety and quality testing, and manage product status within the ERP system
