About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Professional with strong experience in Quality Systems (Deviations, CAPAs, Change Controls) and Validation (Equipment, Processes, Facilities). The ideal candidate will support quality processes, ensure compliance, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within a regulated environment.

Requirements

• Doctorate/Master’s degree + 2 years of experience in Quality Systems OR
• Bachelor’s degree + 4 years of relevant experience OR
• Associate’s degree + 8 years of relevant experience OR
• High School Diploma/GED + 10 years of relevant experience
• Availability to work on-site as needed
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays when required
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with the following systems is highly desirable:
• PAS-X / MES applications
• MAXIMO
• SAP
• LIMS
• QMTS
• Veeva

Responsibilities

• Manage and support Quality Systems including Deviations, CAPAs, and Change Controls
• Execute and review validation activities for equipment, processes, and facilities
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, engineering, and quality teams
• Support audits and inspections as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
