Title and Summary Specialist, Products and Solutions Overview • The Security Solution (SSO) team’s primary objective is to make Mastercard the safest, simplest, and smartest way to pay by developing products and services to protect our network, reduce fraud, improve authentication, and offer our customers the right tools to advance on digital security and enhancing their consumer experience. • This individual will support the SSO Team. He or she will establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal/external stakeholders, take an active role in supporting product and project management activities in one of the fastest growing Safety and Security areas across the Caribbean division. Role • Support Product Management function including research & analysis, completing product documentation, and product readiness assessments • Work with Finance, Regional and Division teams in Product-focused financial planning & analysis including; variance analysis, product/market/account analysis, risks & opportunities • Advance competitive research and benchmarking • Support Strategy formulation initiatives including regional Product Strategy, market-entry, and go-to-market refresh • Conduct research and impact analysis to support new Pricing initiatives • Partner with regional finance, product teams, divisional management, and market development teams as needed to track performance against C&I and Identity Solutions forecasts and develop actions to close gaps. All About You • Strong analytical skills - ability to identify issues before they develop into problems and to proactively resolve issues directly or through escalation to appropriate partners/stakeholders. • Strong team working skills - ability to work collaboratively and both independently and in a team environment. • Credit card and digital payment industry experience preferred. • Disciplined approach to tracking and reporting. • Excellent organizational skills; project delivery and project management experience working with regional market teams. • Bachelor’s degree required, Advanced degree or MBA a plus. • Position may require some travel. • English required, Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
