Become part of an iconic brand that is set to revolutionize the electric pick-up truck & rugged SUV marketplace by achieving the following: Support Production as a key contact for process integration, ensuring processes support stable operations and Production readiness. Coordinate and further develop the Production process landscape across the Production organization. Coordinate alignment of Production processes with interfaces outside Production to ensure stable and executable end-to-end workflows. Define, structure, and continuously improve Production processes, including ownership, interfaces, and governance. Ensure Production processes are clearly documented, published, and implemented in line with agreed standards and decision frameworks. Establish and maintain structured Production process documentation and tracking in Jira, ensuring transparency, traceability, and follow-up. Apply AI-based tools and methods to improve the quality, structure, and efficiency of process documentation, reporting, and cross-functional alignment within the CPO Office. Identify process gaps, risks, and interface issues and drive their resolution through structured alignment and escalation. Prepare decision-ready process overviews, status reports, and escalation topics for Production leadership and the CPO Office. Facilitate cross-functional alignment workshops to resolve process overlaps, unclear responsibilities, or interface conflicts. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by simplifying, standardizing, and stabilizing Production processes.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management, Mechanical Engineering, Production Management or a related technical field. An equivalent amount of relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing, automotive, or Production, or industrial operations.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end Production workflows and shop-floor realities in an automotive environment.
  • Proven experience owning and structuring complex processes beyond task-level execution.
  • Hands-on experience using Jira for process documentation, tracking, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Experience using AI or AI-enabled tools to support documentation quality, process structuring, or workflow efficiency.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and drive topics to closure in a growing organization.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with operational teams and Production leadership.
  • High sense of ownership, reliability, and accountability in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in tools like MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), SAP, and project tracking software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for drafting reports, presentations, and emails.
  • Experience working in or with international teams or companies.
  • A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism when dealing with sensitive or strategic matters.
