About the Team: The People Experience Specialist will be responsible for supporting all stages of the employee lifecycle and will be an integral part in creating great workplace experiences for Pandora employees. Your role is to oversee and enhance the employee integration along with improving the overall experience within the company. You will be responsible for assessing the needs, defining, and delivering initiatives for our employees whilst creating a positive and engaging work environment that fosters employee satisfaction, productivity, performance, development, and retention. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and Centers Of Excellence to understand the needs and expectations of our employees and through cross functional feedback, you will be part of developing and implementing initiatives that contribute to a positive people experience. This position will be responsible for supporting our West Coast Market and working hours will be between 10.30am - 7.30pm
