This position focuses on delivering expert dental care to children while promoting a positive and comfortable dental experience. As a Specialist Pediatric Dentist at this prestigious center, you will be entrusted with diagnosing, treating, and managing oral health concerns unique to infants, children, and adolescents. You will engage closely with young patients and their families to foster lifelong healthy dental habits.

Requirements

Proven experience in delivering pediatric dental care
Strong knowledge of child growth and dental development, as well as behavior management techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage pediatric patients and families
Patient-centered and compassionate approach to dental care
Commitment to professional development and staying updated on advancements in pediatric dentistry
Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary healthcare team

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive dental examinations and evaluations of pediatric patients
Diagnose and treat various pediatric dental conditions including cavities, malocclusions, and periodontal issues
Develop individualized treatment plans designed to meet each child’s unique needs
Conduct preventive and restorative dental procedures such as cleanings, fillings, crowns, and extractions
Employ effective behavior management and communication techniques to alleviate dental anxiety
Educate children and their parents about oral hygiene and preventive care
Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive dental care
