Operations and Logistics Optimization comprises six communities working together to align inventory and data management, operational procedures, and key performance indicators, and to deliver a cost-effective, highly-efficient managed distributor model. By combining a culture of hospitality with leading operations and logistics processes and controls, these communities of skilled associates ensure resource and supply management runs silently in the background and operates in service of physicians, clinicians, leadership, and associates. Requirements

  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

Nice To Haves

  • A Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred)
  • 3 years professional experience (supply chain, procure to pay, data management)
  • Full proficiency with Enterprise Resource Planning systems or Product Management systems
  • Full proficiency in Excel
  • Professional working proficiency in Google Workspace applications (Docs, Slides, Sheets, etc.)
  • Professional working proficiency in SQL and Informatica
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently

Responsibilities

  • Monitors adherence to data governance policies, procedures, and processes
  • Audits the overall data quality for applicable data elements at a specific location, including querying data and using available tools to build and complete audits
  • When data errors arise, works with other teams, end-users, and manufacturers to determine corrective action
  • Provides subject matter expertise to determine appropriate data values when conflicts arise
  • Ensures the appropriateness of data requests; researches whether a data element already exists to meet the requirements of the request
  • Provides mentorship opportunities when applicable to new team members
  • Able to analyze large sets of data to identify trends or data inaccuracies
  • Provides specialized support for users of supply chain data, tools, and other resources provided by Master Data Management
