The Team The Performance Marketing & Operations team drives Netflix's growth by combining data-driven marketing strategy with seamless operational execution, leveraging technology, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver impactful, scalable campaigns that acquire and engage members worldwide. The Role The PM&O team is seeking an experienced Specialist to join Operations and serve as the subject matter expert for Marketing Technology, specifically in campaign tracking, pixel management, and technical partner integrations. This role would support all global performance marketing campaigns and be responsible for the advertising technology required for successful execution and measurement. The ideal candidate will lead improvement and innovation in the ad tech space, in collaboration with internal engineering and marketing teams, as well as external partners.
