The Small Package Operations Rep demonstrates exceptional execution on the day-to-day operations of small package customers, ensuring operational efficiency and high service levels, while also assisting teammates and achieving results that show advanced skills.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day execution of small package customers, ensuring all loads are processed accurately and on time.
  • Serve as the first point of escalation for any issues involving external contacts, such as carriers and customers, addressing concerns quickly and professionally.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as capacity management, managed ops, and leadership, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Provide regular feedback and updates to senior management on operational performance, challenges, and successes during your shift.
  • Analyze operational data and KPIs to assess performance and identify opportunities for improvement in load execution and customer service.
