The Small Package Operations Rep demonstrates exceptional execution on the day-to-day operations of small package customers, ensuring operational efficiency and high service levels, while also assisting teammates and achieving results that show advanced skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day execution of small package customers, ensuring all loads are processed accurately and on time.
Serve as the first point of escalation for any issues involving external contacts, such as carriers and customers, addressing concerns quickly and professionally.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as capacity management, managed ops, and leadership, to ensure seamless operations.
Provide regular feedback and updates to senior management on operational performance, challenges, and successes during your shift.
Analyze operational data and KPIs to assess performance and identify opportunities for improvement in load execution and customer service.
