About The Position

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Field Marketing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our events and drive attendance. The Field Marketing Specialist will work closely with the marketing and event management teams to ensure the successful implementation of marketing initiatives for each event. The work hours for this role would be from 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. IST.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Field marketing, preferably for SaaS firms. Exposure to other marketing streams such as product marketing and content marketing will be an advantage.
  • Excellent project management skills and can manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners. Experience leading a team will be an advantage.
  • Analytical mindset with a strong attention to detail and the ability to derive insights from data.
  • Creative thinking and a passion for delivering exceptional marketing experiences.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in managing global events such as across EU, APAC, LatAm.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of event marketing plans and strategies to effectively promote upcoming events, conferences, and special occasions.
  • Coordinate the creation of marketing materials, including digital content, promotional collateral, and event listings, to generate interest and excitement among target audiences.
  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new opportunities and enhance marketing strategies for future events.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing efforts with event planning, logistics, and execution.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns, track key metrics, and prepare detailed reports to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, sponsors, and partners to maximize event exposure and generate positive brand awareness.
