The Labor and Employee Rights Specialist is responsible for providing support for grievances, work-related compliance, and labor association support. In addition, the specialist prepares legal documentation and files as requested, as well as provides answers to general questions about the work of the office, status of grievances, ADA, and other investigations. Essential Job Functions Support in providing effective case management of complex labor and employee rights issues including identifying, brainstorming, and analyzing logical resolutions.
