About The Position

This position will be responsible for partnering with all levels of the organization from individual activity centers to Senior Executives in order to provide finance support and strategic insights. The position will manage and coordinate profit plans, strategic plans, monthly forecast, actuals reporting as well as special projects. Drive financial results and identify key drivers of variances in the forecast as a key business partner to senior management. This includes identifying, researching, and providing comments on variances to forecast and to full-year profit plan for corporate functions that are included in the reporting package to senior management. Translate financial data into clear insights to assist non- financial department IT managers/directors with critical financial decision making. Identify and provide forward looking analytics to achieve financial targets and drive IT's strategic technology roadmap. Prepare financial models and access ROI in order to make informed decisions about which projects to pursue and how to mitigate risk Act as a finance business partner by formulating and developing business plans with IT leadership. Proactively assess, identify & mitigate key risks to ensure optimal execution. Manage the profit planning process including the preparation of annual profit plan to be presented to the Chairman and Chief Executive Office, coordinating allocations and guidance to operations. Drive process standardization, including development and implementation of process improvements and digitalization efforts Support ad hoc finance projects and develop fact-based recommendations to assist senior Manage the day-to-day activities; partnering with global corporate functions to understand budgets and ensure consistent application of accounting and forecasting policies and procedures. Lend accounting expertise, provide interpretation of accounting/company policies and application of forecasting policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • Minimum five (5) years of relevant work experience in accounting or finance including but not limited to enhanced planning and forecast accuracy, financial analysis and modeling, and capital expenditure planning
  • Proven experience working directly with non-finance teams and business partnering to achieve financial and operational results.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future
  • Oracle/SAP/Microsoft Office/US GAAP
  • Sense of urgency, drive for results, and a focus on accuracy, integrity, and ethical behavior.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Co Pilot and/or other AI Applications
  • CPA, CFA, or CMA
