About The Position

We are seeking an IT Finance Manager to join our Corporate IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing financial operations within the IT organization, ensuring accurate and timely invoice processing, comprehensive financial reporting, and continuous process improvement. Acting as a key liaison between IT and Finance, you will support effective financial management and reporting for both Corporate and Enterprise IT functions. As part of a dynamic team, you will collaborate with IT leadership, Finance, and Procurement to enhance automation, transparency, and efficiency in financial operations—delivering accurate insights and supporting strategic decision-making across the business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in Finance or Accounting, including at least 4 years in IT financial management or technology finance.
  • Advanced knowledge of US GAAP, financial modeling, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on process improvement.
  • Advanced Excel and Power BI skills; experience with PeopleSoft and PBCS required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present financial insights to both Finance and non-Finance audiences.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously.

Nice To Haves

  • CPA or CMA designation preferred.
  • Familiarity with Apptio or similar IT financial management tools preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely and accurate processing and payment of IT invoices while maintaining compliance with financial authority limits.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive executive-level financial reports and dashboards to support data-driven planning and transparency.
  • Partner with Finance and IT leaders to automate and streamline financial processes, improving accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with IT Procurement to align enterprise IT spending, budgeting, and chargeback mechanisms.
  • Manage budgeting and forecasting for the Office of the CIO, ensuring appropriate business chargeback allocations.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and financial explanations as needed.
  • Lead communications and training for internal stakeholders on IT financial processes and best practices.
  • Manage ad hoc financial reporting and analysis requests to support executive decision-making.
