Become part of an iconic brand that is set to revolutionize the electric pick-up truck & rugged SUV marketplace by achieving the following: This position is responsible for managing the invoicing process related to vehicle outbound logistics activities (e.g., transport, handling, storage) and maintaining the accuracy and integrity of master data within relevant systems. The specialist ensures that all vehicle records, carrier billing, and customer-related data are up-to-date, consistent, and compliant with internal and external requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. An equivalent amount of relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Relevant certifications (e.g., APICS, Six Sigma or PMP) are a plus.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience and strong understanding of logistics invoicing, billing, data administration, ERP master data roles, yard logistics, or a related role, preferably within an automotive, or transport industry.
  • Advanced knowledge in Yard Management Systems,
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with vehicle logistics operations.
  • Experience working with third-party logistics providers (3PLs/LSPs) in a collaborative environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Root Cause Analysis and continuous improvement.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to coordinate across departments (ard Operations, Transport Planning, Finance, IT Systems, External Carriers).
  • High attention to detail with the ability to analyze inventory discrepancies and resolve operational issues quickly.

Responsibilities

  • Generate, validate, and process invoices related to outbound transportation, handling, and yard storage activities.
  • Ensure timely and accurate billing to internal departments, carriers, and/or customers.
  • Reconcile discrepancies between services rendered, carrier documentation, and system data.
  • Coordinate with finance, transport partners, and customer service teams to resolve billing queries or disputes.
  • Maintain and update master data records for vehicles, customers, carriers, locations, rates, and logistics services.
  • Ensure data integrity across ERP and logistics systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, TMS platforms).
  • Support change control processes and audit trails for master data updates.
  • Standardize data entry processes and enforce naming conventions and data governance rules.
  • Ensure timely uploads of vehicle data into outbound logistics systems.
  • Create and run routine reports (e.g., open invoices, billing accuracy, master data quality).
  • Monitor KPIs related to invoicing timeliness, data completeness, and error rates.
  • Identify opportunities to automate or improve invoicing and data management workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with financial and operational policies.
  • Assist in internal audits, compliance reviews, or external quality checks.
