About The Position

The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure inventory accuracy through established procedures, policies, and cycle count programs. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required, with 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Good hand/eye coordination required.
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy; able to work well under pressure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer service driven.
  • Strong team player.
  • Ability to follow policies and procedures
  • Ability to read, write, and interpret information
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide
  • Ability to use hands to finger, handle, or feel
  • Ability to sit, walk, or stand for the duration of the shift
  • Must possess visual acuity to perform essential job functions
  • Ability to conduct physical tasks with a full range of motion throughout the warehouse environment
  • Ability to lift/carry items up to 50 pounds

Nice To Haves

  • Prior forklift driving experience preferred.
  • General warehouse experience desirable.
  • Quality assurance experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Administer the cycle count program.
  • Maintain and report all inventory metrics.
  • Serve as liaison between departments regarding inventory accuracy issues.
  • Audit, correct, track, and report errors to identify opportunities for accuracy improvements.
  • Research and create reports regarding losses or variances.
  • Print and assign daily pick lists; resolve any missing items.
  • Manage all recall inventory and related reporting.
  • Monitor and report warehouse capacity.
  • Follow all safety rules and regulations per company guidelines.
  • Clean and report all breakage according to company guidelines.
  • Maintain 100% quality work and 100% accuracy levels.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area.
  • Participate in departmental continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
