About The Position

As Specialist III, Maintenance Planning & Scheduling, you will support effective planning and coordination of maintenance activities to optimize equipment availability, minimize downtime, and ensure safe, compliant operations across facilities.

Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the job posting country
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• 4 or more years of maintenance planning, scheduling, or related experience
• Intermediate proficiency with spreadsheets and word processing tools
• Basic or great SAP knowledge or similar maintenance planning systems
• Experience working with operations leadership
• Valid driver’s license

Nice To Haves

• Associate or bachelor’s degree
• Experience managing large or complex maintenance or construction projects
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Experience troubleshooting and maintaining industrial or pipeline/terminal equipment
• Experience coordinating maintenance or construction activities
• Basic project management skills

Responsibilities

• Plan, scope, and estimate maintenance activities; develop work packages; coordinate with operations, engineering, and contractors to ensure efficient execution.
• Analyze maintenance needs, optimize schedules, and bundle work to reduce operational interruptions.
• Review and validate work order data, support audits and inspections, and contribute to long-range maintenance planning.
• Support quality assurance by coordinating inspections, monitoring compliance with procedures, and assisting with process improvement initiatives.
• Collect and analyze maintenance data, track component history, and support reporting to measure maintenance effectiveness and resource utilization.
