Be the Engine Behind Shure’s Dealer Growth and join Shure as our next Sales Development Specialist! The Sales Development Specialist plays a key role in driving lead generation success across Shure’s dealer channel. In this role, you’ll partner closely with premium authorized partners—such as Sweetwater and B&H—as well as broader dealer networks to ensure they are actively generating, qualifying, and pursuing high‑quality marketing leads. You’ll act as the bridge between Shure’s sales, marketing, and merchandising teams and our channel partners, helping them understand which programs deliver the strongest leads and providing ongoing feedback to optimize performance. This role directly supports revenue growth, partner engagement, and the overall effectiveness of our marketing-to-sales pipeline. This position will be remotely based out of the Northern California area. This person must reside in this market.
