About The Position

This position involves receiving, reviewing, and processing incoming vehicle titles for accuracy and completeness, verifying title information, identifying and resolving discrepancies, and preparing and releasing titles to clients or authorized parties. It also includes processing daily payments related to title transactions, preparing and reconciling daily deposits, updating records and databases, and communicating professionally with internal departments, external agencies, and clients regarding title status and requirements. The role ensures compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and organizational policies related to vehicle titles and records, and assists with audits, reporting, and special projects. Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Generally, less than 2 years of experience
  • Clear a pre-employment drug test (marijuana not tested for this position, but a drug-free workplace policy applies)
  • Currently authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future sponsorship. No OPT, CPT, STEM/OPT or visa sponsorship now or in future.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, review, and process incoming vehicle titles for accuracy and completeness
  • Verify title information, including ownership data, lien status, and required supporting documentation
  • Identify and resolve title discrepancies, errors, or missing information in accordance with established procedures
  • Prepare and release titles to clients or authorized parties in compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements
  • Process daily payments related to title transactions, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation
  • Prepare and reconcile daily deposits, maintaining adherence to financial policies and audit standards
  • Update records and databases to reflect title status, transactions, and releases
  • Communicate professionally with internal departments, external agencies, and clients regarding title status and requirements
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and organizational policies related to vehicle titles and records
  • Assist with audits, reporting, and special projects as assigned
  • Perform other related duties as required to support departmental operations
