Where You’ll Make a Difference • Ensure site compliance with applicable environmental, health, and safety regulations • Maintain required permits, licenses, and regulatory documentation • Develop, implement, and monitor site-specific EHS programs and procedures • Conduct risk assessments, job hazard analyses, and incident investigations • Lead emergency preparedness planning, drills, and response coordination • Deliver EHS training for employees, contractors, and visitors • Perform routine audits, inspections, and drive corrective actions • Track and report EHS performance metrics in site management systems • Support continuous improvement initiatives aligned with IFF’s sustainability goals

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, Engineering, or a related field
  • 3+ years of EHS experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
  • Strong working knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other relevant regulations
  • Experience conducting risk assessments and implementing safety programs
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to influence and engage employees at all levels
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems
  • Familiarity with sustainability initiatives and waste reduction programs
  • Proficiency with EHS software and digital reporting tools

Responsibilities
