Union HVAC Technician, where you'll play a critical role in maintaining and repairing complex HVAC and refrigeration systems in a large healthcare facility. Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair pneumatic, electric, and electronic HVAC controls and equipment using proper testing equipment
Perform complete charging and start-up procedures for large chiller systems
Diagnose and repair HVAC electrical components on chillers, rooftops, and fan units
Rebuild and repair pumps and compressors to manufacturer specifications
Work from technical drawings, manuals, and schematics to complete maintenance and repair tasks
Investigate and remedy HVAC system problems and malfunctions independently
Document all maintenance activities and ensure compliance with JLL and Rush policies
