About The Position

As a Specialist in HR Technology, you’ll be the go-to expert for maintaining and enhancing our Workday-powered HR platform. You’ll manage configurations across multiple functional areas like HCM, Recruiting, Talent, and Compensation to ensure seamless system performance. Your role will include troubleshooting tier 2 inquiries, resolving data issues, and delivering technical support that keeps our HR operations running smoothly. You’ll also lead key initiatives such as bi-annual Workday releases, overseeing timelines, regression testing, and deployment of new features. From creating detailed documentation to managing team member engagement surveys, you’ll ensure data integrity and actionable insights. Every day, you’ll collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to optimize processes and deliver innovative solutions that elevate the employee experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field (preferred)
  • 3+ years of Human Resources experience (required)
  • Broad knowledge of HR functions, policies, and procedures
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a technical mindset
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities for diverse audiences
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; expert-level Excel skills (formulas, macros, pivot tables)
  • Experience with HRIS platforms, preferably Workday
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data
  • Customer-focused approach with strong interpersonal skills
  • A team-first attitude; while your core duties are your priority, you're happy to step in wherever you're needed
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Comfortable managing priorities and adapting to changing business needs
  • Flexible to work evenings and weekends as necessary
  • Regular in-office attendance is required
