About The Position

Fairhaven Church is seeking a full-time (40hrs wkly) Group Life Specialist to serve at the Centerville Campus. The Group Life Specialist serves as the Rock Champion for Group Life, coordinates Growth Track ministries, and supports leader development to ensure smooth operations and impactful experiences for participants. Through relational leadership, accurate data management, and collaborative communication efforts, the Group Life Specialist helps lead people to embrace and embody the hope of Jesus.

• College degree or equivalent work, life or ministry experience

Responsibilities

• Serve as central Rock Champion for Group Life
• Coordinate and implement ministry planning, leader recruitment and training for Growth tracks
• Participate in the execution of Group Life communication initiatives- including website, app and social media presence
• Maintain accurate records within the Church Management System
• Process payables and expenses for Group Life
• Participate in Group Life and Fairhaven-wide initiatives
