About The Position

This position is responsible for supporting the Office of Ethics and Compliance and the overall operation of the Compliance and Ethics Program by supporting due diligence on foreign third parties, testing compliance and anti-corruption controls, and supporting the privacy function.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Relevant years of experience commensurate with job level in compliance, risk management, or related fields
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and compliance-related software applications.
  • The Associate Specialist level requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 0-2 years of relevant job-related experience
  • The Specialist/Analyst level requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 2-5 years of relevant job-related experience
  • The Senior Specialist/Analyst level requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 5-8 years of relevant job-related experience

Responsibilities

  • Perform third-party and counter-party due diligence, communicate findings and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders, including senior management and legal teams.
  • Assist with testing controls that mitigate compliance risks.
  • Assist with supporting and coordinating privacy-related activities, responding to privacy inquiries, and supporting the implementation of privacy policies and procedures.
  • Assist with the monitoring and testing of international transactions and project expenditures subject to anti-bribery and corruption laws.
  • Assist in developing risk assessment methodologies and frameworks to evaluate the likelihood and impact of identified risks.
