About the role: CHANEL is now hiring a Specialist, eRetail- Fragrance & Beauty. You are an energetic, independent, and curious self-starter to join our Fragrance & Beauty (F&B) eRetail Team based onsite in New York City. The ideal candidate will play an important role in assisting our e-business planning and execution with key Retailers. You will act as the operational backbone of our digital business, owning the end-to-end trafficking and delivery of creative assets to our retail partners. This role interfaces with internal and external teams – both domestically and internationally – and is a key support partner for Marketing, Media, Artistic Direction, Global E-Retail, Planning, and Legal. Your goal is to ensure that the strategic vision, defined by Senior Managers (.com Account Owners), is executed flawlessly on the digital shelf—on time, to spec, and without friction. Our ideal eRetail Specialist candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in eBusiness, Marketing, Planning, or Business Development with a passion for details, collaboration, digital strategy, and working on a fast-paced multi-faceted team.
