Their work enables seamless supplier interactions and supports Walmart’s commitment to operational excellence. Members apply analytical skills and effective communication to drive continuous improvement and ensure adherence to legal and procedural standards, contributing to the overall success of enterprise business services.

Requirements

Proven experience in regulatory compliance, ensuring adherence to local, state, and federal laws and company policies.
Strong skills in benefits administration, including managing complex benefits inquiries and providing education and technical support.
Demonstrated ability to analyze data and translate findings into actionable recommendations aligned with business objectives.
Expertise in managing escalated customer service issues with professionalism and effective communication.
Proficiency in coordinating with multiple stakeholders, including vendors and third-party administrators, to resolve complex issues.
Ability to manage security access protocols and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Commitment to continuous improvement, collaboration, and upholding high ethical standards.

The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 - $35.00 The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
