Position Summary... What you'll do... We’re looking for a detail-oriented Specialist to join our Wage Garnishment team within Payroll Services. This role is a great opportunity to apply your analytical skills and customer service experience while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. You’ll play a key part in managing sensitive financial information and supporting a critical function that directly impacts associates across the organization. About Payroll Services – Wage Garnishment Team Our Payroll Services department ensures accurate and timely compensation for our associates, while maintaining compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. The Wage Garnishment team specifically handles complex withholding processes and acts as a liaison between internal partners, external agencies, and third-party vendors. This position supports the team’s goal of safeguarding compliance and delivering a seamless associate experience. Location: This position will be fully onsite in Bentonville, AR You'll make an impact by... Managing compliance with federal, state, and local wage garnishment laws and regulations Analyzing reports and process garnishment orders accurately and on time Handling escalated service issues, including calls with attorneys and plaintiffs Supporting data analysis and translate findings into actionable recommendations Managing system access, equipment requests, and documentation to maintain security standards You'll sweep us off our feet if... Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in Microsoft Office Suite, customer service, or benefits administration
