About The Position

This position is responsible for the configuration, testing and execution of web promotions for all brands within the Chico’s FAS portfolio. This position provides operational, technical and administrative support for promotions, working with Company Planning, Brand Marketing, Customer Service. This position ensures the highest level of accuracy in configuring, testing, and implementing new promotions and changes to existing promotions in an ever-changing environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Information Technology, Digital Retailing, Mathematics, or related field
• 3+ years in ecommerce, vertical retail, or specialty retail environment, this should include:
• 2+ years of experience in pricing and promotions
• 2+ years of experience in a role with a high level of scrutiny on data quality assurance
• Passion for digital culture and e-commerce
• Executes work effectively by meeting deadlines, and keeping key stakeholders informed of promotional updates
• Strong communication and partnering skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and highly effective in cross-functional environments
• Ability to succeed in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Responsible for cross-functional alignment of promotion execution, including planning/promotion, merchandising, marketing, email.
• Ensure all operational processes are set up for success: Configure, test, schedule promos.
• Verify promotions are working as expected in production once they are live.
• Document and maintain promotional log, test case checklist and test data for all promotional information.
• Be proactive on new promotional developments coming out of promo engine, and how they can be leveraged.
• Responsible to assist with promotion issues, outside of normal business hours on an on-call basis.
• Other duties as assigned.
