WORK ENVIRONMENT: Nymbus is a remote-first organization. This position is fully remote; however, occasional travel may be required for client meetings or designated team gatherings. POSITION SUMMARY: The Digital Operations Specialist plays a critical role in supporting and executing core deposit operations and General Ledger balancing across consumer and commercial portfolios. This role serves as a key internal liaison and subject matter expert for transactional processing and back-office operations, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant execution of daily operational activities in alignment with established policies, procedures, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Success in this role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, disciplined time management, and the ability to meet daily production deadlines while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and regulatory compliance. The Digital Operations Specialist also provides operational guidance and support to peers, contributes to process improvement initiatives, and actively participates in cross-departmental projects to enhance efficiency and scalability.
