This role will work a hybrid schedule coming into the Columbus, OH office 2 days per week. This role is in Document Solutions, within Technology Enterprise Solutions (TES). The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience managing and tracking work within enterprise portfolio management tools, specifically Planview and Jira. Candidates should have a strong organization and negotiation skills, understanding of portfolio planning processes and flows—such as intake, prioritization, funding alignment, capacity/demand planning, and lifecycle governance—and be able to optimize these processes to drive visibility, predictability, and alignment across technical and business teams. As a Delivery Coordinator you’ll be responsible for providing coordination, support, and assistance to Application Product Managers, Delivery Leaders and Business Solution Leaders Delivery Coordinators will have a focus on intake, resource and demand management, and financial management.

Requirements

  • Four years of experience in technology or related field and two years of experience in delivery.
  • Ability to make decisions and recommendations.
  • Aptitude to influence, establish relationships and set priorities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with all levels of associates, senior management and/or vendors.

  • Undergraduate studies (bachelor’s degree preferred) in management information systems, engineering, math, computer science, data analytics or comparable experience and education strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Enables the delivery of outcomes to realize the business case, lead dependency scope definition during planning, and lead intake processes.
  • Partners in the preparation and maintenance of financial estimates, business cases and data analysis.
  • Leads project intake, prioritization, demand management, review of issues, risks and dependencies.
  • Applies secure software and systems engineering practices throughout the delivery lifecycle to ensure our data and technology solutions are protected from threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Prepares delivery status/health reports, Planview data/reports, value delivery tracking (ex: KPIs), and manage demand/capacity elements.
  • Crafts program/portfolio and other financials, analyze variances, and provide financial reporting.
  • Collaborates in the preparation of resource capacity aligned with planning roadmap(s), Assist leaders with resource allocations and assignments using standard tools.
  • Providing appropriate information to ensure staffing levels are aligned to all demand impacting the area.
  • Finds opportunities to improve processes, automation and inefficiencies.
  • Prepares regular communications and provides visibility of business cases/outcomes.
  • May perform other responsibilities as assigned.
